  • Communications & Client Relations Manager

     

    To Art House 嚮渡藝術空間, established in 2023 in Fo Tan, is an initiative dedicated to fostering artistic development and collaboration. Located in an industrial building and embraced by the lush greenery of Tai Mo Shan, this private venue is envisioned as an urban oasis. Comprising a gallery, studios, and terrace gardens, it offers a diverse programme of residencies and exhibitions.

     

    We seek a full-time Communications & Client Relations Manager to lead our outreach efforts.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute target-driven marketing strategies to drive sales and venue hire revenue.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual collectors, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
    • Represent the gallery at key events to expand our industry network.
    • Plan and host client events designed to deepen relationship engagement.
    • Manage digital channels, including website updates, social media, and RSVP platforms.
    • Lead PR efforts by preparing media kits and managing press relations.
    • Produce sales collateral using Artlogic previews and venue hire decks.
    • Maintain CRM integrity by updating databases, sales trackers, and pipeline logs.
    • Support gallery operations through exhibition, programme, and logistics execution.

     

    Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Arts Management, Art History, or related field.
    • Ideally 5 years of experience in a commercial gallery, auction house, or cultural space.
    • Excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
    • Proficient in digital platforms, website CMS, CRM software, and design tools. Artlogic knowledge is preferred.
    • A proactive and self-motivated team player who is adaptable and comfortable helping build systems from the ground up within a lean team.
    • Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with artists and clients.
    • Ability to work Saturdays and flexible evening hours for gallery duties.
